Prominent jockey Clint Harvey and racehorse owner Ron Beacham have found themselves in trouble over a game of pool that turned nasty in Kalgoorlie yesterday after the Boulder Cup meeting was abandoned.
One man was injured when a glass was smashed over his head and had to be taken to hospital.
Harvey and Beacham will face court on Thursday and several jockeys who were present at the Exchange Hotel remained in Kalgoorlie to be questioned.

A change is as good as a holiday Dungy
Don't believe everything you read in a newspaper mate!!
It was an argument that turned into a scuffle. No jail time needed. That's just stupid talk...
Nothing will happen to these jocks involved. Been blown out of proportion.. Again.
Stupid comment dungy.
depends on who was holding it and how it got broken...don’t forget that there were several licensed people in the bar and it will be interesting to see what the RWWA stewards do to all of them after this situation has been dealt with by the courts. Not suggesting that anything should or will happen to them, but that is what may have the biggest impact on these peoples activities in the industry for the future.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
