    Rory's Racer has that Uptown Funk formline I've been following and it's gotten stronger each week we see horses saluting that finished behind it

    PEGATEGO Trainer advised that he would race the gelding in a forward position over an increased distance at its next start.
    True to his word.......1000 metres out to 2200. It has never raced beyond 1300.

    One for the fans of Wakaha Kid today

    The "stayer" is up to 2200m today, 500m more than it has ever run in its life. Tuned up with a couple of nice 11ths last couple of starts, looks ready to win with 52kg on its back. Hopefully it doesnt miss the start again and puts itself in a commanding position on straightening. 

    This is the turning point, i can feel it

    Cash On Call was a beaten $1.60 fav on debut, $2.20 today in race 1, Pike off, Smith on :-?

    Only playing small but like the days racing except the bit of a lull in the middle.

    R1: Cash On Call- Think once it switches on to racing it's going to be pretty smart.

    R2: Miss Scaramanga- Liked its last trial, a repeat of that with the additional 300m will see it be really competitive especially against this line up. Best of the day.

    R3: Mythical Saga- Backed him the other day at massive odds and he gave a great sight, still decent odds today and I expect something similar.

    R6: Rorys Racer- Agree with the previous comments regarding the class drop and Noske.

    R7: Black Grape- Can see him getting the speed right on and finishing all over the top of them.

    R8: Corruscation- $286000 earner in very well with the 55kgs. Doesn't win a lot but is racing really well.

    Ah Darren, "They 've got the speed clapped on", "Furious Speed". Leader wins, horse outside him throughout runs 3rd. Just because they are strung out a bit does not mean the speed is on! Nearly every horse other than the leader was pulling its head off. 95% of the races he mentions how the speed is on, does my bloody head in.

    Think i'm going to have to start watching with the volume off.
