Return of the very smart Gi Gi Pops in the last.

R1 Sniffy Tiffy has shown a lot than the favourite Boyz. Good opening bet.

R2 De Grandhomme was impressive on debut too, probably should’ve won. Daytona formline looks strong now.

R5 Biondo was scratched Sat to be here today. Weak field.

R6 Aunty Jean is an each way special. Can’t have Go Go at that price not down the chute.

    Another second for the weekend at odds however a great result. $101 was incredible odds and novelties were fine.

    The race was suited for backmarkers. Surprised that the rider Of The Big One was not queried about his ride, initially wanted to hold lead which is fine, but after headed, popped off rail and kept the leader honest, but to the detriment of his mount who was gone before the turn. Punters on the Big One deserved better (I did not back it by the way, just thought a strange ride)

    If you're the rider of Gigi Pops, you should know The Big One doesn't take a sit. Gigi should have raced outside The Big One and imho goes on to win from there.

    It didn't lead a few starts back, some unknow called Norich led that day & won in 1.11.06  :P
