Back to Belmont 14/5/20.

West Australian Racing
Anyone playing?

Just an average card don't mind the opening race, Night Session can figure but the one who I've had a watch on Final Chill, if he can jump better will be right in this noticeably weaker race.

R3. Been waiting a while for Bosnipp to debut the delays must indicate there was an issue of some sort assume he is ripe to launch today.Trial was great beating a flying machine but it was quite a while ago now...

For a maiden that first race is pretty competitive.

I went with Sly As A Fox. Jumped alright then snagged back on a very slow tempo, looked to be restrained on the bend and took a while to wind up. Rattled out the second quickest final furlong on that entire card, jump in distance should suit. Like Final Chill should be looking for a forward spot in this field which looks to lack any real tempo.

Happy to watch Bosnipp, wouldnt be the first horse thats trialled like Winx and ran like Wakaha Kid. Mervyn and Pip come to mind!

Hasn't been seen since trialling 12 weeks ago. $2.40 is a big risk for mine, but it will probably win like Black Caviar. Smart Princess EW for me @ $9/2.65

Typical..on at good ew odds and it runs 4th..3very chance but unsure whether it was beaten by lack of ability or the outside lanes being better the winner ran on from last..maybe a bit of both.

    lack of ability.
for some reason I black booked it before its first run... I have backed it a number of times, but today it had every mortal hope.

Mine was a painful watch, jumps well enough, gets cut a little then gets stuck behind the horse that did it, Montiblu. Who then for some reason lets another runner cross after being so eager to get forward and then is gone before the bend.
    Gotta love the punt!

It needed every yard of the mile. It's by Dalakhani so should keep improving as it steps up in distance.

hahah he can thank another 100/1 goat for putting tempo into it for that one Id say. She was stuck out in no mans land before AK decided it was time to go at the 1400. Then slots in beautifully!

Seems to be happening a lot of late, jocks on absolute goats putting unnecessary tempo into the race and finishing last

One or parnham's "plodders" does it again.Young madi will get better, maybe lacks some vigour punching them out, getting planted didn't help...

Why though? Parnham has ridden it 6 times prior...even though it was likely planned f-nose why they led reckon that was the beginning of the end.

It did race keen last start over a mile, so I guess it was always going to be a risk stepping up in distance.
