Terrific card.

My thoughts in no particular order.

R8. Coming Back owes me a fortune yet feels too short now with Pike on.

R7. How is Variation not favourite? I know Quilista goes good and the Pike factor but Variation doesn't run a bad one.

R6. This looks right for Barzhino.

R4. Amelia's Love, bank job.

R8. Interesting York formlines. Sirius Prospect was great last start and Not Again Ken has the hoof on the till.

    Coming Back will get back that's the horses problem and makes it a risky betting proposition but I do agree, i've got it and Man Booker clear picks in that race

    ditto re race 7 - cant split the two you've mentioned

    R5 Speeding Comet surely today is the day.. Kramden hasn't been seen at the trials leading into this so i'm willing to risk it first up and give SC the nod

    It was still $1.90 when Wrinkly was still listed in the field, minus 20c is still good to add to your multis

    Pikey could win 5 races today

    I declared my hand a while ago but been waiting since the Mt Barker run for St Stephen 3rd up. Add Pike on board and a drop in weight from last start in town and I think its a recipe for success.

    Will be good to see Man booker continue the winning ways. Coming back will be flashing late and I expect a good first up run from young Lionel, last years winner

    Would be a great day out there in this weather, best of luck

    Reload in the next with an Exacta, Fav wins from 1,3,8 hopefully 1 or 3 sneaks into 2nd at the value..

    @John i'm a fan of Barzinho too but he may be back last though, perhaps thats why there is perceived overs...

    Cant see why Man Booker wont win again 56.5 no concern imo.

    And Later i'll be on Barry's Rabbit again surely wins one soon! If not 3rd will be ok.

    Man Booker bolted in first up carrying 59 so the weight is no issue, GL to chelsea it's his race to lose

    I dont think Barzinho will be back last, Medom and St Steph could settle further back than the two??
    Sonnen is one i had blackbooked from a few starts back and hasn't produced, it'll suck me in again today though (with no confidence)

    not when there are/were only 3 or 4 chances in the race, most people would of bet heavily on those 3 in particular to finish top 3... much more better value than backing a $1.30 fav to win

    Stormy Planet is worth a small pizza at the current odds of $11

    Its only win (and place) has been over this distance and it hasn't been far off at it's last few starts in the same company.. stable going for a double aswell
