    what was actually said in the posts... no harm in creating a facebook fan support page

    unless they're willing to publish the "defamatory statements" the whole story/article is a waste of time imo

    More often than not I'm in agreeance with jum hash and paraletic but this time firmly believe the head steward is perfectly in his rights to take action. Normally am anti establishment (or authority! ) however siding with Bailey here.

    Good question. We are all entitled to free speech and free to speak. Nothing wrong with having an opinion however it's where you draw the line that's the tricky part. Did this guy cross that line ? Leave that up to the lawyers to to work out but I'm in Baileys corner. I think a line has been crossed.

    Based on the media report?

    Should stewards be reacting to social media? Would imagine the WA stewards received some colourful advice after the Luckygray protest.

    He has been called a sook and biggest flog of the year on this thread.

    Fairly clear anything to to with Nikolic gets an overreaction from Bailey.

    If any of the media is believed about Bailey`s front door shooting and supposed accommodation with David Hayes, it  raises serious questions about his integrity.

    Allegedly, there is currently a local steward who has lodged an official complaint against a licensed person for telling him to grow some balls......yes they can be a bunch of precious sooks at times.. Where as I've heard of other stewards telling other licensed persons to pull their f..king heads in. Seem some are a tad less precious than others!!

    If the bloke posted something he heard from a 3rd party without any factual basis, he could be in some strife.  Different if he saw it with his own eyes.

    These two need their own TV show!  It's beyond a joke

    One of the allegedly defamatory posts outlines a story which Pearce claims he was told by a jockey about an incident involving Bailey and Nikolic after the last race at a "rainy and muddy Sandown".

    "Danny was in the shower and had a white towel hanging up, Bailey grabbed the towel and wiped his muddy shoes on it and placed it back on the hook, and said 'oh sorry was that your towel?'.

    Totally out of control.

    If he is genuinely that sensitive, he shouldn`t be Chief Steward and if he is being vindictive he shouldn`t be Chief Steward either.

    page has been pulled down - doesn't seem like anyone is prepared to repeat the comments in print - on the surface it seems he is not even bothering to back pedal - more like just turn and sprint :-??

    Don't become head steward if you cant handle **** flung your way Slip.

    But judging from what I have read on this matter, Bailey Flings a fair bit out, and does not like it coming back the other way.  That is a sook in my eyes.

    Its not as if they have called him a paedophile or something like that.

    That is the only one I have seen.
    Impossible (for me anyway) to make a judgement whether or not he is carrying on like a sook or if he is well within in his rights without knowing what was allegedly said/printed.

    Only 10ish people even noticed this tweet until rvl released it to Bartley, seriously, hows this good for them? All my shares are for sale.
    Bartley writes the the board was incensed atmy out burst, my immediate humorous thought was of a pungent smell wafting through headquarters.
