Love the hunter cup and who could ever forget Blacky's massive win when they said he had no hope!

Already on Adore me at 8s that will do me.

Going large on Follow The Stars $2 just can't be ignored.

    Looking forward to the 4yr old race and the mares race. Would love some of that price on Adore Me. Am a bit worried we might be going to get another boring feature race, hopefully a few miss away or something to spice things up.

    If Christen Me and Adore Me are the front pair early I reckon you could go put the kettle on and you wouldn't miss much

    Yes, Adore Me has mine - Terror To Love is very short in my view  but the start crucial, who steps, who doesn't. I backed the 1 horse in Race 4 at GP last night and its still galloping. Much longer race will see challenges a plenty I think. If Christen Me leads and they don't challenge, yes, go put the kettle on......and start preparing supper.

    Art Union $10.10..... Follow The Stars $1.80 ....A bit of Dexter magic please. Not knocking the fav at all But Art Union did knock it over last start and may be drawn okay at 2 on the back line with FTS wide out on the front.  Just hopeful.

    Unlucky with the locked wheels. Held Aztec Bromac up as he was working into it.

    The top 3 place getters were huge runs though.

    A few observations from the derby. Another prime example of these new carts locking wheels, they might make them go faster but I am so over flat tyres and locked wheels.

    45 plus lead time and two 30 plus quarters for the start of the final mile, thought it was a race not track work?

    Lastly I backed Menin Gate in a C2 3 starts back and he fair dinkum choked it of the arm!!! If you want to choke back in a race you should just be dictating then you should just be going to trials, look after the punter.

    Good that it sounds like the winner has a big group of connections who are on track.

    hahaaha! I think she's up to the challenge of carrying us all. Just hope there's some moves and they run times throughout the race not just smash the clock on the way home.

    I thought Monifieth was very good in Queensland during their carnival without winning. I followed him back in NSW and was burnt badly so I sacked him. He breezes tonight and wins at take-a-week-off-work odds. Not y night.

    Haha I thought MFS must have lost a leg or something. Typically outstanding G Lang drive, hey Gav pull out PULL OUT!!!!!!!

    I know one came out in front of him but they all went back in, you can go 4 wide when you have a fair bit on them, there's 600m to go and they've flown early. terrible viewing!

    Anyone see Majorly Foxy Styx coming at $50.20 the win ......sat nicely off a hot speed and didn't pull.....well, you don't pull when they run 1.52.7......McCarthy having a grand night.

    Taking Arber to run second to bit of a legend for the straight outs and first four's ... Should be 3 pegging and charge late! Don't like Cold Major off the back row at all

    Just on the cup Franco Ledger is going huge for Webster!

    Can't blame me for that one....... My bank was empty already. Shocker of a weekend but you get that ....the Inters is now all over the place after that. Christen Me was average,  Adore Me not in it, Beautide under a cloud, Guaranteed and Philadelphia were awful and TTL  conked out after trying to get around them when they were running a 27.9 quarter. Still, we wanted a contest, not a procession and Arden Rooney out stayed them.

    Owners of Arden Rooney say they are 'boycotting' the ID because their horse missed the registration cut off and is still considered a New Zealand entrant. This means they would have to head to Menangle next weekend to race in a heat rather than the Vic heat. They can't be looking forward to next season where they will have to go to the other side of the country and race in three heats if that's how they feel.

    All horses on the move prior to barrier release (as usual) Might as well be a mobile event.

    Whip rule ? Non existent over there.

    Otherwise a great event, but no nationwide consistency.
