We have done this before i am shore but will do another one who do people rate as there top 5 jockeys in perth interesting to debate the topic.

    I rate Steve higher than Brad and Paddy and Steve would be up there equal with ODonnell but you said Pick five! If i was looking the five who have ridden winners for me P Harvey,ODonnell, Yuill wouldn't be on the list. It would be Pike, Carberry,Whiting, C. Harvey,Chatfield and Staeck.

    Hill and grantham look the goods so far.

    D.m.lane.... Watching him yesterday, he rode a few that pulled hard and he didnt look too strong trying to hold them.

    well pb what's the difference with you, as i am sure you would include some guy with a silly nickname of the pope or similar.

    Donga is the best give him the rides that Willy gets on a platter and P Harvey is given and he would be the old perth cup distance of 3200 metres ahead of them Not knocking Willy or Paul as between the 3 of them you have the best riders in the state ,after that as most of the posts here state its anyones guess

    No PJ IMO reckon Brown ok on front runners but try and get him to take splits or tight runs up the fence not his go buddy is average its simple as that .
    Pike,then Ponty ,Donga , and Carbs he is good in the big ones i like Paddy but you can keep the rest mate honestly it falls away
