I called in the Mt Henry today for a late lunch.
Some old ducks on the table next to me doing "the form" (radio tipsters tips my guess) and probably having $1 e/w.
This other girl heading back to the bar asks them how they are going and what's going to win the next. The old duck gave her 4 tips and she asks "what are their names?"
The 4th tip was Charmoss to which she replied "I like that name"
"Is Troy Turner riding any of them? My mum knows his mum"
"No he is on number 8, Cristiano"
"Ok, I'll back Cristiano and take a quinella with Charmoss"
See guys, that's how easy it is! :P
think we have cracked the first ever wipeout - Grassroots going backwards - surely a run of winners to follow soon
Hoops yet to fire whilst I have been tracking but has a good record on best bets
PR.com came through with the biggest winner for the day but a long way to go to get back in contention
Robert Edwards clearly the best of a bad lot (at the moment)
