    Really annoys me when SKY change WA races onto SKY2 at the last minute ... esp when it was WYONG that caused the problem

    Annoys me when Sky lists a single race as a single program rather than just letting it run through the entire evening as one. Okay if you are watching live but you have to be wary if you are setting to record on IQ.

    While I can appreciate your annoyance Della there was no contest as to which shouild have taken precedence. Even allowing for the fact that Bunbury pools would have suffered Wyong wins hands down.

    Win pools on the 2 races Bunbury STAB 55k, NSW 33k
    Wyong STAB 133k NSW 155k

    Pegachi in the last has been freshened up. It's last win was just about to the day last year. Not normally one of mine but could be a good each way bet at odds.

    What a farcical run 1700m race they just went at then. Ive never seen a race run slower.

    D.m.lane on the odds on fav decides its a good idea to settle back and let the horse pull its head off until the 600 where it was just a sprint home.


    They fair dinkum went half pace in that until the 600.

    Some simpletons amongst that lot.

    It's beyond a joke considering Sky 2 & Sky world are now subscription only. You can turn over to TVN and watch Wyong but left in the dark if you want to watch Bunbury.

    i have just looked at this meeting and you're right....the pace was farcical.
    which naturally brings me to the question of.......if the stewards continually warn others in faster run races to go quicker....then why was nothing said in the report for this race about the pace.

    the answer is obvious.....the wa stewards have NO IDEA when it comes to pace, so why make yourselves look incompetent in the first place, and just leave to the riders to try the best they can to win the race.
    if that means slow pace and idiots behind do nothing, then so be it.

    that protest was always going to be dismissed. pippaline was clearly going the better and they barely made any contact. pippaline disadvantaged herself by laying in otherwise she would of won by more

    Just watched the last race again and love the head on vision ---David v Goliath and the tiny pony has the last laugh.
