General: There was a delay to notification of correct weight when the rider of the second placegetter requested to view the official photo finish print.

was rather amused to see this, as i would have stfu in case i got myself into trouble.
he stopped riding before post i reckon, and when your strike rate is languishing, then surely you would be riding for dear life.
