In doing the form I noticed this from the last meeting. I find the fines ridiculously lenient for such an offence. I live in Sydney and the fine for not keeping left unless overtaking is $344.

 Race 3. VALE ‘NUGGET’ JUPP HANDICAP (1400m)
The start of this Race was delayed by several minutes due to both TEST OF STRENGTH and MY CHINA
DOLL needing to be resaddled prior to leaving the mounting enclosure. Stewards inquired into the
reasons for the above runners being presented to race with incorrect saddles. It was subsequently
determined that the trainer of MY CHINA DOLL, Ms J Scott had collected saddles for both MY CHINA
DOLL and TEST OF STRENGTH and had incorrectly saddled MY CHINA DOLL with the saddle of TEST
OF STRENGTH. Trainer Ms Scott pleaded guilty to a charge under the provisions of AR227(a) for
negligence and was fined the sum of $300. Further, an Official of the Geraldton Turf Club was
reprimanded by the Stewards for failing to correctly check the brands and markings of the two runners
prior to them entering the mounting enclosure.

What was the fine for Hayes Hayes & co for same offence? The difference here was the gates horses ran with wrong saddles wrong jockeys and was not reported to the stipes for an hour after.

Interesting you quoted that traffic offence because Over here NOT keeping left is a thing...

Some plunges are going down at Gero today, one of Pateman's winners was pumped into 1.60 and 1.40 s'tab and although just pipped on the line Olivia Knows was 6.50 into 3.20.

Hate to play devil’s advocate but there were some alarming drifters that ran accordingly aswell...
Durrant’s horses are very very hit n miss up there

If one your referring to is Sans Le Sou? Itsa cat htf it won at Pinny is a miracle based on it's next three plodding efforts..SP's at $16 and wins then flops at 3.90,1.65 & a drifting 3.40 today(for the record I have never backed it and never will)
