You are a good judge Rio.

Hi Falc Where did you see a copy of the RWWA Annual Report 2015?I don't think they would have made anywhere near that amount. Maybe the decimal place in the wrong spot !!
-
Irrespective of who owns the TAB, the Government will still receive betting turnover tax. Currently RWWA retains any surpluses to fund the racing industry at a discretionary rate where as a new purchaser will have an agreement in place to fund the i…

That will be a tough load for Mandurah especially during the summer months when watering (machinery) will compact the track unevenly. I hope that period isn't too long as in the past overuse has been the number one cause of track issues.
-
They will build another track for your pup Rio.
-
Without having any specific knowledge, I would be surprised to see any racing there until early Feb 2016. Reasons are the need for a period of trialing (say three weeks) and the inevitable shutdown of works for Xmas / New Year.

Mrs W spends way too much money on hats. Simple as that.

I personally don't think anyone has the right to come on here and say categorically a person is an alcoholic. Very ordinary comment.

A multi is a great bet when you believe the fixed odds received are over their true odds.

The greyhound industry is not reliant on Wheeler. In many ways it will prosper without his unhealthy domination.

Gunston has provided Government a report, maybe they should read it.
-
Hi boys still waiting on my turn.....or perhaps I missed my call.

Hi Snoop The Government was provided with the Gunston Report and has met and been in dialogue with Gunston and the industry group representing the three codes. This has included direct meetings with the Treasurer, Racing Minister and Premier. The Go…

I see CPL copped a $300 fine for comments posted on social media. It may not have been these above as he also posted on another greyhound specific site. A timely reminder that everyone needs to be accountable for what they write on public forums. …

Hi Falcon If the scratching happens after official scratching deadline in the morning, tote will still pay a third dividend as punters may have backed that runner when 8 starters were in the field. With greyhounds, the Fixed market is generally onl…

I am not a harness man but to read some of these posts, especially from someone as knowledgeable as Jay Jay, is fantastic. It makes a refreshing change from posters having a go at one another.

I race a couple of horses with Tivs and Impressive Racing. They are fantastic to deal with, much better than I could ever have thought when I bought in around 18 months ago as a first-time racehorse owner.
-
The couple of others are Rob Edwards, Peter O'Neill, Jimmy Chadwick and James Broadhurst. I think Ken Norquay is Chairman and only votes if deadlock exists. Cheers

All racecallers are employed by RWWA. The situation of D Mac, Craig Evans and Stuart Lowe owning the company that supplied callers, and paid contributors for previews, stopped more than 10 years ago. These days the racecalling contracts are manag…

I race a few horses with Impressive Racing. Just small shares but my experience with them has been first class. Honest, realistic and great communicators with sound bites emailed from the trainer for each race start, plus a great website with an i…

Grant and Eileen had two boys (Grant and Ricky) and a daughter Dayna. Grant Snr moved to Indonesia quite a few years ago and unfortunately passed away after a heart attack about 18 months ago. Eileen and the kids still are in Perth.

Cabinet today has approved the Cannington project. This enables RWWA to fulfil their $13M contribution to the building of a new track. Well done Mr Premier on this decision.
