It's good that HL and BC will both be up front, would be dissapointing to have it ruined by some of the legless ones getting in the way

I was playing golf with a mate yesterday and thats exactly what he commented on he said every time you here from Mcnair he says [i couldnt get him HL any better ] but when BC beats him he comes out and says HE WILL BE SPOT ON NEXT START ????? which one is it then Jonny ??? More xcuses than a polly from Canberra

Hay List goes to the top of the totem pole this weekend...boss almost falls off celebrating going over the line and Moody immediately spells his mare. Hay List then goes on and wins the 10,000 by five.

Cut Johnny some slack, poor bloke must just shake his head till his neck hurts. Got a sprinter arguably lengths better than anything we've seen in 25 years . . . . . . and it's still not the best going around!

I see in the todays paper the trash talker said they HL cant beat her now because of the draw ??? HL drew 6 BC 3 but made the comment [if we drew inside he we could have beaten her] mate pleeeeeaaaase this bloke Mcnair belongs in the boxing game they are trash talkers and he is quickly becoming the best at it !!!!!!

All that matters is that he drew inside buffering. If melito pushes up then black caviar could be off him just far enough for bossy to sneak it.

I would even say that they might have to lead aggressively with hay list to beat her and be rated perfectly because hay list simply does not have the turn of foot that black caviar has.

Larry Cassidy on buffering is going to be the key rider here. He and Boss have no option but to burn across from their wide gates. Moody is saying they are going to ride the mare agressively, not take a sit. It could be a ploy to try to get HL to over do it early, but if he is not foxing it means Hay List and BC could be 1-2 in running-I don't think Boss would be conceding a start to BC. I can see the two big guns pulling away on straightening to fight this one out if that speed map is correct. The track record is in mortal danger.

Well when bookies are prepared to take 500k bet @ $1.16 on BC, they aint gettin any high end vehicles this week.

backing a horse @ $6 against an odds-on pop is never going to send anyone broke. Putting 500k on and getting beat, be it bad luck, injury, track bias etc, will do it, though
