Against my better judgement I'm going to blackbook this horse.

Have been fooled many times by horses winning well up the straight at Pinj. Its very much horses for courses BUT...

this horse ran time and blew them away, albeit in a maiden... but I reckon it has a few more wins in it and worth following.

Hoping Peter Farrell has a rare city horse on his hands.

2yo filly from the John Sargent stable. Had her first trial yesterday at Randwick. Played up a fair bit in the barrier but ran well. Will have to trial again to satisfaction before racing. The stable has a big opinion.

Looking like Wootton Bassett will be a player of note in 2yo racing in the coming years

Immature Kiwi bred galloper doing it on raw ability in his two starts to date..Today works himself into a muck lather of sweat works to get to the breeze at a good tempo yet clears out and wins by 5 in a time just 0.7 outside the track record.

Potential group 1 horse in waiting and up in trip to 2000+ they reckon look out! Price and Kent Jnr have a star in their stables undoubtedly..

Will stick with this consistant Galloper despite think that 1200 m is still bit short of optimum distance .

Misty Lad has critics but drawn Barrier 1 will get good run .

Was blocked for run last start in Sat company.

Kingston Town Classic - Kay Cee had all favours ( Barrier 1 ) and was too strong at end .

Best of Days ran very well . B Rawiller had horse midfield from Barrier 2 .

Very very difficult to concede 9 Kg and start to Kay Cee then run her down .

Is Ascot not Flemington .

Still , Best of Days was grabbed hold of 50 m from Post .

This Hayden Ballentyne trained Puissance de Lune mare has shown enough ability in the past to be prominent .

Went well in recent Lark Hill Trial and is definite one to follow to WIN a Maiden .

Probable favourite # 4 She's Puzzling is the obvious danger with race fitness .

Looks race in two with # 5 Mia Nobile a possibility.

Definitely wont be a world beater but have a captain cook at the replay of R2 Hawkesbury today.
I get a little peeved when jocks get blocked in a 7 horse field and on a big track like that however I remained fairly calm(pun intended).Clipperton nearly had to stop to a jog to make a left turn into clear air and yet she still would have won in a stride or two at most, beaten a long neck.
7 start maiden but I think she has matured now and ran great maybe career best today and did so on a fairly firm deck too, so she might win some lesser races over summer.

Kiwi two year gelding purchased by "new owner Ozzie Kheir" this bloke is unbelievable!!
How many does he own, does he have a stable of fast cars too? Numerous exotic women? Fmd too much cash I'll take some off your hands Oz(or a share in this weapon of a horse)

So, have a look at the replay of his win 16/3 R1 Trentham when he was smashed in betting 6.50>3.20.
Apparently got his tongue over the bit hence the hugely wayward way he raced but If he went straight wins by probably 6+ lengths minimum.

Will run in the Sires over there on the 6th April then be flown over to Waller or Maher the writer states, he could be a serious galloper as a 3yo in Spring and will get a trip being by Proisir.

Think this colt might be a serious chance in the Derby, bolted in 2nd up today at Sale and progresses to the UCI Stakes next start.Anthony Freedman may well the horse to go back to back he looks untapped at this stage.

Annabel Neasham trained import who had his first start in no less than the Golden Eagle Saturday 9 days ago.Monster run when planted deep the trip only got beat 1.75L and in quick time(actually prefers Soft ground too), unfortunately the juicy odds wont be on offer again but this galloper will win good races here based on that fantastic debut.

Might not see him til the autumn now.

Meanwhile watch out this Saturday for one i've mentioned once before, Top Ranked he is another good import she has acquired.

Reportedly training the house down and nommed for the feature race The Hunter at Newcastle this Saturday, is a better horse than Zaaki on just their European form so we will see if he adapts early on, she seems to get most of them firing straight away so far anyway.

Waterhouse/Bott UK import and a Northern hemisphere aged 4 y.o stallion, won a trial nicely on the heavy last week.

Will likely make his Australian debut in the next week or so unsure where exactly but perhaps as soon as Saturday in Sydney if there is something suitable..should run well and as he seemed to lengthen very well in heavy ground the other day I don't think a wet track will be an issue.

Is nommed for the Caulfield Cup, to date has won up to 2000m.
